Cassandra Daurden has been working as a Pilates Therapist and Instructor for more than 20 years. Pilates Reformer Sessions are taught using the Pilates Method, in combination with a unique style of stretching. Pilates with a 'Dancer's Touch' is designed to encourage flexibilty and long lean muscle development. Clients are encouraged to approach each session with flow and positve focus.

Cassandra, a classically trained dancer, brings a ‘Dancer’s Touch’ to the Pilates Method with a blend of stretch, sophistication, flexibility and strength. She is also The Owner of Daurden Performing Arts Collective, in Atwater Village, Artistic Director of "Daurden Contemporary Dance Theater", "Glee Summer Camp", "Rock Sugar Repertory Theatre for Kids" and Host of Kids LA Talk Live Radio.
